Delivery Requirements - In order to provide our customers with free home delivery, your order will need to reach our $74.99 minimum. Orders under the minimum incur a small delivery fee of $4.99. COVID19 - FREE DELIVERY EFFECTIVE APRIL 10 2020 - INDEFINITELY.
Delivery Window - We offer same day delivery 6 days a week, excluding Sunday. Orders placed by 2pm Monday through Friday will deliver between 2pm and 7pm of the same day. Orders placed by to 12pm on Saturday will deliver by 5pm of the same day. Orders placed after our daily deadlines will deliver the following delivery day.
Delivery Zones - We are happy to provide our customers with home delivery within the following postal codes: 84020, 84094, 84065, 84070, 84092, 84043, 84003, 84091, 84090, 84095, 84093, 84047, 84088, 84009, and 84096. We will confirm your address at checkout prior to taking payment. If you are outside of this delivery zone, kindly contact us. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Delivery Confirmation - You will be contacted 60 minutes prior to delivery arrival via email confirmation. Due to the nature of our fresh foods, we cannot leave foods in the heat/cold, hence, you will need to be at home at the time of delivery and available to receive your order.
Raw Deliveries - Due to the sensitive nature of raw, you must be around to accept and sign for any order containing raw or frozen merchandise. We will notify you 60 minutes prior to delivery via email confirmation. Orders not accepted will be returned and assessed a 50% restocking fee.
Back Orders - If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will place your order on back order. If an item is unavailable due to back order, it can be cancelled or an alternate item can be offered as substitute. Once your item is back in stock, we will contact you.
What can I buy online? - Not all items are available for home delivery. If you don't see what you want or need, no worries, we still have it in the store! We are working on adding more products to our list of items available for home delivery.
Returns - Adhere to our standard return policy. All delivery and local pick up returns must be done in person, at our location in Draper.
How do I order? - All orders must be placed on our website, shop.houndandcat.com. Please select home delivery during checkout.
