At Hound & Cat, our mission is simple: keep tails wagging and whiskers twitching. If for any reason you or your pet arenโ€™t over the moon about your purchase, you have 30 days to contact us for an exchange or return.

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • To start a return, beam us a message. If accepted, weโ€™ll transmit step-by-step instructions.

Inspect your gear upon arrival. If somethingโ€™s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Mission Control immediately so we can course-correct. Hold onto all packaging if your item arrived damaged - it helps us resolve the issue at light speed.

The fastest way to swap gear: return your item, then place a new order for what you need. Once your return is cleared for landing, youโ€™ll be set.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5ย business days. (Heads up: your bank or credit card company might take a little extra orbit time to process the funds.)

All refunds return to you the same way payment was received - no black holes here.
