At Hound & Cat, our mission is simple: keep tails wagging and whiskers twitching. If for any reason you or your pet aren’t over the moon about your purchase, you have 30 days to contact us for an exchange or return.
🚀 Eligibility for Returns

Item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, beam us a message. If accepted, we’ll transmit step-by-step instructions.
🛸 Damages & Issues
Inspect your gear upon arrival. If something’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact Mission Control immediately so we can course-correct. Hold onto all packaging if your item arrived damaged - it helps us resolve the issue at light speed.
🌙 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (like kibble, treats, frozen & raw foods) cannot be returned once delivered.

✨ Exchanges
The fastest way to swap gear: return your item, then place a new order for what you need. Once your return is cleared for landing, you’ll be set.
🌠 Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. (Heads up: your bank or credit card company might take a little extra orbit time to process the funds.)
All refunds return to you the same way payment was received - no black holes here.
