Hound & Cat Meal Donations Humane Society of Utah

 

We appreciate all of our fans & thank everyone for your business. Thanks to all of you, we have donated over 3,460 meals to local rescues.

What is the size of a meal?

Hound & Cat calculates a meal as 2 cups of dry food, based on the daily requirement for a typical adult 40 pound dog.*

*Based on the feeding guidelines from Fromm & Acana.

So a big THANK YOU goes out to all of our awesome customers for supporting our family-owned small business & in turn, supporting the rescues of Utah & their lifesaving missions.

Donation History:

September 19, 2018 - We donated approximately 674 pounds of food, or about 1350 meals.

October 26, 2018 - We donated approximately 209 pounds of food, or about 418 meals.
January 5, 2019 - We donated approximately 453 pounds of food, or about 906 meals.
April 9, 2019 - We donated approximately 191 pounds of food, or about 382 meals. 
May 27, 2019 - We donated approximately 155 pounds of food, or about 310 meals.
June 10, 2019 - We donated approximately 47 pounds of food, or about 94 meals.
